Bard set I made - Enjoy!

That one mana fast spell should be burst for sure. I really like the bard design. Fits great with targon grindy playstyle
I have long been salty that there's no real downside to freezing enemy minions, and that there's no interesting upside to designing self freezing cards. That there should be more experimentation with high toughness minions and 0 power minions. That landmarks, while kind of dumb, should definitely not be relegated to one region (Shurima) if they are going to insist on using them in the game. All that to say that I appreciate the effort you've made to design this set of cards
However, these are kind of all over the place to the point that I barely understand the point of most of these. There's a decent number of unique ideas here, but cards like Ancient Mana Vault, Burst of Creation, even Bard probably need to go back into the tinkering area a little longer. Just real quick
* Current Targon doesn't have a way to use Ancient Mana Vault besides its play effect. It also doesn't have a good way to affect the spell mana pool (no attune/similar effect), so it just junks up the board after you nuke something's power.
* Burst of Creation is slightly unclear in its current wording. It's great as a tutor effect for specific landmarks (possibly problematic with star springs, maybe Targon's peak), but it's also somewhat generic and probably wouldn't feel great in a Targon deck that uses a bunch of landmarks.
* Bard lvl 1 is ok, hard to say whether it's too powerful or too weak. lvl 2 doesn't make sense- unless you have Yasuo on board, what is the point in Targon (a region without access to out of combat strikes or even rally effects) to stunning units that have already dealt damage? This doesn't affect combat for most regions- Frejlord, Targon, PnZ, Ionia, SI, Shurima and usually Noxus don't care about this, they'll swing in like normal and after combat, both sides will be stunned, including Bard unless you lower his power. The only thing it really affects is scouts which it hard counters, and that's a really small segment of the game. Maybe if Targon counted stuns in a unique way, like for Desperate Helpspirit stunned units had 0 effective power, then this would make sense, but its a very niche effect considering that it's going to be fairly tough to actually level Bard.
All that being said, Thank you for designing in this particular area of the game, it's not often I see people creating cards in this direction. I hope you continue to have fun designing and sharing your thoughts

I really like this design, the only thing you should specify in cards that require only 0 power units on board is that what happens when there are no units on board, 0 power or otherwise

Wait, I could be wrong, but Hatch The Sky can only create The Traveler, The Warrior and Golden Sister, right? They're the only followers with that mana cost.

if u play this with bandle tree or any insta win con card it would be insane other than that it would completely annihalate aggro
that would be a really fun strategy to see. i don’t think it would be meta breaking, as all it would do is give you your landmark earlier than normal, but it would be fun
true it doesnt seem broken or like a wincon it really seems like a support set which fits bard really well

Yeah but yasuo loves dealing damage several times a turn, and bard would lower his attack each time.
I like the idea of Bard stopping fights, can I use smt similar to your idea?
Bard has basically a long winded way of saying tough, also hard to level up for no payoff
not that hard to level up, it counts on opponent units as well, so it’s a lot easier than vlad. his ability isn’t really tough at all, getting +1 max health is a big difference
you are right tho that the payoff on level up isn’t the greatest, which is mostly to promote potential synergy with rally deck and to not make it disgustingly broken
